I drew this cover and wrote the issue, but did not draw the interior art.
This character was interesting to both me and my editor: the character wanders from town to town, with his little baby to take care of, and he helps people out of scrapes. During much of my Marvel career I drew the books while out on the road hitch hiking, and we thought I would be the perfect person to write and draw this series due to my experience hitching. And just as we were getting interested, Marvel cancelled the series (at that time they would cancel series that consistendly sold below around 40,000 books per month).
